Simply the BEST book I have read on the subject of sleep and exactly what happens to our bodies without it.
Matthew Walker, Professor of Neuroscience and Psychology and Director of the Sleep and Neuroimaging Laboratory at the Uni of California doesn't mince his words. I thoroughly recommend this book for anyone not convinced of the need to treat sleep or snoring issues. "Routinely sleeping less than six or seven hours a night demolishes your immune system, more than doubling your risk of cancer. Insufficient sleep is a key lifestyle factor determining whether or not you will develop Alzheimer's disease. Short sleeping increases the likelihood of your coronary arteries becoming blocked and brittle......" or "Too little sleep swells concentrations of a hormone that makes you feel hungry ..." Huge food for thought folks.
